Our 20+ experienced staff are helpful and many of them have worked at Southdowns for a very long time and, yes, they do give you the time of day!
All residents at Southdowns must be 55 or over, which ensures that you are in a community of like-minded and discerning people.
There are 198 properties at Southdowns providing a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows and apartments. There is ample on site parking and garages can be rented for a small weekly fee.
